Since June 2002, Avgroup has managed our LRU exchange/rental pool. These services include: LRU shipment to customer, core retrieval, invoicing and collection. During this time, Avgroup's performance has been outstanding! I have not received any formal customer complaints about Avgroup's performance. ACSS also has enjoyed a positive working relationship with Avgroup and their people. They are always friendly and seem to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer's requirements.
