Sales Manager Job Description
At Avgroup, our sales team provides clients with cost effective solutions for their individual needs. Using unique skills, our team helps customers maintain full utilization of their corporate aircraft. An effective leader will enable our team to fully saturate the corporate aircraft parts market, enabling Avgroup to maintain their prominence within business aviation.
Responsibilities
- Increase sales revenue by 20% per year
- Increase gross margin by 5% within 2 years
- Utilize goals, reviews, and replacement to improve performance of sales organization
- Develop and deliver accurate monthly forecasts
- Design and implement sales training for all client facing staff by the end of year two
- Manage 25% minimum 'face time' with customers and vendors
- Select and train inside sales director by end of first year
Requirements
- Strong background in aviation industry
- Proven performance record for sales personnel management
- Honesty and integrity in business and personal paths
- Initiative to bring about growth, and persistence to deliver
- College degree in business management
